Ingredients
- 2 medium stalks of celery with leaves, chopped into quarters
- 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary
- 1 small lemon, juiced (about 2 tbsp)
- 1 tsp. agave nectar
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Pinch salt
- 1 cup water
- Ice cubes

Directions
- Place celery, rosemary, lemon juice, agave nectar, cayenne pepper, salt and water in container of a high-power blender.
- Process for a few minutes, until mixture is finely liquified.
- Fill two glasses with ice and pour celery mixture into each glass.

*Dried rosemary may be substituted for fresh.
