Fresh Fruit Salad with Honey and Lime Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 apple, cored and diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, apple, and banana.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey until well blended.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate the fruit salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving (optional).
