Easy Cheese Quesadilla Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • Butter or oil for frying

Optional Fillings:

  • Sliced onions
  • Chopped peppers
  • Cooked chicken or beef
  • Beans

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:

    Heat a skillet over medium heat. If you are using any optional fillings like onions or peppers, sauté them until they’re softened. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Assemble the Quesadilla:

    Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla. Add the sautéed vegetables and any other optional ingredients you like. Place the second tortilla on top.
  3. Cook the Quesadilla:
