Recipe: German Cucumber Salad

German Cucumber Salad | Jen

This is one of my favorite salads, as a matter of fact, when I go to a new German restaurant, I always have to try their cucumber salad – that and their hot potato salad.

The dressing combines smooth sour cream with tangy lemon juice and vinegar, and fresh dill. I like onions in mine, but they are optional. Some people prefer to forego the tomatoes and only serve cucumbers, which is also fine if you like.
